Returns and Exchanges

At Sanhi, each garment is carefully hand-embroidered, making every piece truly one-of-a-kind. Due to the artisanal nature of our work, we do not accept returns.


However, we understand the importance of getting the right fit. If your item doesn’t fit as expected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We’re happy to offer a one-time exchange for a different size. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs on size exchanges.


If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send your new size out as soon as possible.
